Keeping startups secure with Google Workspace

The Problem 

When we first started working with CodeBase, they were going through a period of rapid growth, tripling the size of their workforce in less than a year. With the expansion, they wanted to make sure that their Workspace environment was secure and optimised for all the new joiners.

A few months later, Debbie, CodoBase’s new IT manager, joined the company. Coming from a Microsoft background, Debbie needed a full introduction to Google Workspace and comprehensive admin training to effectively manage the platform.

The Solution 

Improving Security

CodeBase decided to partner with Cobry to enhance their Google Workspace security. To strengthen their protection, Cobry recommended upgrading to Enterprise Plus, in order to gain access to more advanced security features. We worked closely with the CodeBase team to optimise their Google Workspace setup, introduce the new functionalities of the platform and help them implement data loss prevention rules.

A comprehensive security review was conducted, examining in depth CodeBase’s Workspace set up, providing recommendations on what should be improved, and implementing the changes as agreed.

Admin Training

We conducted tailored end-to-end admin training, focused on the IT manager's specific needs, including security, licensing, access management, and overall IT administration within Google Workspace.

End user training

With a diverse staff base of over 60 employees, varying skill levels with Google Workspace were evident. To address this, Cobry provided a flexible, tailored approach.
